Day 1 Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve
Depart from Nairobi and travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley toward the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge or camp before heading out for an exciting afternoon game drive. Explore the rolling savannah plains that host abundant wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and numerous antelope species as the sun sets over the Mara landscape.
Day 2 Maasai Mara National Reserve – Full Day Safari
Spend the entire day exploring Maasai Mara National Reserve with extensive morning and afternoon game drives. The reserve is renowned for exceptional wildlife viewing and forms part of the greater Serengeti Ecosystem. Visit the famous Mara River, where dramatic wildlife activity often occurs, especially during the Great Migration. Look out for the Big Five along with cheetahs, hyenas, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras roaming the vast plains.
Day 3 Maasai Mara – Nairobi
Enjoy an early morning game drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve, the best time to witness predators in action and capture beautiful sunrise views across the savannah. After breakfast, depart the reserve and return to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon with unforgettable memories of your Maasai Mara safari adventure.
